1. Eligibility for Return

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • You have received a wrong, damaged, or defective item.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

⚠️ Please note: Natural marks, grain variations, or minor wrinkles in genuine leather are not considered defects — they are part of its unique character.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, handled, or customized leather goods.
  • Products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers.
  • Items returned without original packaging, invoice, or tags.
  • Any item damaged after delivery due to improper care or handling.

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at info@skinmoda.com with your Order ID, images of the product, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. Once approved, we’ll share the pickup details or return address.
  4. After the product is received and inspected, you’ll be notified about the status of your return.

4. Condition for Approval

  • The returned product must be in its original condition — unused, unaltered, and without any wear marks.
  • Packaging (including dust bag, tags, authenticity card, etc.) must be intact.
  • Returns not meeting these conditions will be declined.

5. Return Shipping

  • If you received a damaged or wrong item, SKINMODA will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns (if accepted), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
