If you are eligible for a refund, please review our process below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only when:

  • The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The product has passed our internal inspection and approval process after being returned.
  • The refund request was made within the 3-day return period.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The leather product shows signs of wear, use, or damage post-delivery.
  • The product is made to order or personalized (e.g., embossed initials).
  • The return request was raised after 3 days of delivery.
  • The product fails the inspection for return eligibility.

3. Refund Process

  1. Once your returned product is received and approved, we’ll initiate your refund within 7–10 business days.
  2. You’ll receive a confirmation email or message once the refund is processed.

4. Mode of Refund

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

5. Deductions

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
  • For customer-initiated returns, courier costs may be deducted from the final refund amount.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days,

  • Please check with your bank or payment provider first.
  • If the issue persists, contact us at info@skinmoda.com with your order details.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once your order is shipped, cancellation or modification is not possible.
